Step 1: Book a free enquiry call
This will allow you to connect with us, obligation-free. It gives you an opportunity to learn more about our services and see if we are the right fit for your needs.
Step 2: Complete paperwork
If you decide to proceed with therapy, we will book your first counselling session and send you some intake paperwork to complete. Please take the time to read through the material and contact us if you have any questions.
Step 3: Attend your first appointment
Your first counselling session marks the start of your counselling journey! In this session, we will explore your goals, discuss your expectations, and work together in therapy. You will be provided with a safe space to freely express your thoughts and emotions without judgement.
